on 01.05.2020 TCEC crews had a call to rescue the injure turtle near by Serangan beach. the local fisherman found the floating turtle on sea, with initiative they was calling the turtle rescue team at TCEC serangan to pick up the turtle and continue up to treat the turtle into the center. it is near by from TCEC location, the team move fast to pick up up point.
after the injure turtle will treat by veterinary of Kedongan vet , to see more the turtle condition. first of indication the turtle have injure carapaces, perhaps it had an accident from boat.
the veterinary will check for detail damage, on emergency check. all detail information still waiting for a day after. for this time are still into TCEC tank to get small treatment. to get better healthy. according the vet information the turtle species are Olive Ridley. the species are common in the surround in Bali sea, as habitat , feeding ground and nesting area, it is often to see in nesting Area At Kuta beach , Serangan beach , Prancak beach, Lembeng beach. also often turtle nest rescue from crowded area to move into TCEC hatchery
